I remember hearing the song by Led Zepp " In My Time of Dyin " during my drug years and made me think about death and Jesus. Then a hippy friend that dug Jesus told me more of Jesus love and forgiveness and how I could also know Jesus love. So in 1981 I cried out to Jesus and wow man He came into my life and I had and have so much joy and peace and now know that through Jesus when I die I will be with Him in Heaven. Hey Jesus loves each of you also and yall can know Him if you are at all open. Just cry out to Him and also read the Gospel of John in the Bible or check out the movie on UA-cam. 😀

The Doors wasn't a band they were an experience and a great experience they gave you, unfortunately i wasnt around in the 60s but am so grateful to have been bought up with their music ❤ my eldest son is the splitting image of Jim from the curly brown hair to that cheeky grin god he looks like him so much, thanks to my parents for bringing The Door's into my life ❤

A bygone era 😢.

I was living in the dorms, SF State. 6 o'clock in the morning and the resident on the floor above fired up Light My Fire. The organ notes were floating on the SF fog and I was hooked. I was fortunate to see them at the Filmore, SF.

I've worked at the Hollywood bowl four or five times and never knew what it even was till twenty years later. It was just a location to me.

The Doors were lame. I'll just leave this here.

I heard he was on LSD 25 that night. So he was very understated for the concert. They said Mick Jagger gave it to him. And was sitting in the front row with Jim Morrison's girlfriend. Making everybody awkward.

I only hace 50 but i love him❤ My first time was with Riders on they storm and i got inloved.

To me, Jim was one of the best singers ever lived, but his songwriting was somewhat weak in my opinion. That is just my opinion.
